No, the pipe and mug are two separate pieces that do not touch, and therefore do not cross contaminate.

The PIPEMUGs are handmade and are therefore different sizes every time, however they average 5.5 inches in height.

The PIPEMUGs are handmade and therefore every unit is a different size, but on average they hold 12-16 fluid ounces.

There are a few different ways to clean your PIPEMUG. If you don’t like to clean your pipes often, cleaning the mug separately from the pipe is for you. Simply hand-wash the mug portion as you normally would, and when finished blow out the airway to ensure that all the water that has fallen into the pipe chamber is gone. One can also simply use the dishwasher, although when doing so it is recommended to use a heat drying cycle followed by blowing back out through the airway to ensure that no residue is left behind. It is also recommended, when using the dishwasher, that you’ve cleaned your PIPEMUG frequently (every other usage) to ensure a low level of the residing residue already within your PIPEMUG, so as not to get residue on your other dishes.

ZANG! uses USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING, and therefore USPS is responsible for the shipments once they take place. PRIORITY SHIPPING is a 2-3 day domestic shipping time and a 6-10 day shipping international time. It also gives the ZANG and the customer free tracking via email.

An email from USPS is sent to both the customer and ZANG! once it ships. From there customers can track their orders simply by clicking on “tracking” link in the email. Please note that customers can not track their orders until the shipment takes place and the package is scanned into the USPS system. If further info is needed prior to the shipment taking place, please call customer service at 310-378-ZANG(9264) for details.

The most common reason for this happening is due to customers not following up with USPS. USPS requires a person to accept the package. Therefore, if you are not there to receive it, they will leave a note on your door or in your mailbox stating that you need to come down to your local USPS branch to pick it up. If that is the case, a valid ID of the person its addressed to is needed to pick it up. USPS will hold the package up to 15 days before sending it back to ZANG! Please note that ZANG! is not responsible for delayed times as long as USPS gets the package to the door by the domestic 3 week estimated time, as well as the international 4 week estimated time respectively. Any time calculated after the initial delivery, even if you are not there and must go retrieve it from USPS, is considered voided time, as the customer should either have their package or be able to get their package on that day.

Yes, ZANG! ships to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Great Britain and Ireland. Unfortunately, all international shipments must be sent PRIORITY SHIPPING to receive tracking (and ZANG! will only ship a package that we can track), and therefore prices are inflated. Please note that the international shipping rates do not represent ZANG!, as they are USPS’s standard rates.

If your item has been ordered online, that means it is currently in-stock and will therefore ship out within 72 hours of being ordered. From there it only takes 2-3 days for domestic shipping and 6-10 days for international shipping. However, if you’ve called in your order or have sent an email request, your item may not be in stock and therefore shipping can take anywhere from just a few days up to 3 weeks, depending on inventory and business operations. International shipping can take up to 4 weeks. The “in-stock count” changes daily, and therefore customers are encouraged to call customer service at 310-378-ZANG(9264) for extra details on inventory and their shipping times.

After you complete the checkout process you will receive a email with your order details.

Customers can return any item for a full refund for any reason as long as...
A) the customer notifies Zang Products via email or telephone that they'll be returning the item and would like a refund.
B) the item is returned within 30 days of their original orders delivery.
C)  the item being returned is not harmed in any way.
D) the item being returned has not been used in any way.
