Refund Policy

We at ZANG! are confident in the quality of our products, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your ZANG! product should break or does not perform to our standards please e-mail us at the address below so that we may address your concerns. If after contacting us you still wish to make a return, you may return the product within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. The date of purchase, your contact information and a brief description of why you are returning the product should be included. Please allow 30 day for return processing. 

For your protection, we suggest that any returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs of return shipping. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will reimburse your credit card account for the amount of the item(s) returned, less the original shipping fee. However, if the reason for your return was our mistake, ZANG! will cover the cost of return shipping.
